Damascus – Syria
In 2019, KEFTARO undertook a complete design overhaul for Volcano Fast Food Restaurant in Damascus. The centerpiece of this extensive project was creating a distinctive brand identity featuring a cheerful character wearing a traditional African tribal mask, cleverly integrated with the restaurant’s name.
Our comprehensive design package transformed every aspect of the restaurant experience, including an appealing menu showcasing Western dishes, sandwiches, and diverse beverage options. The project encompassed custom interior elements such as chef and juice bar counters, themed bathroom signage, and two striking murals – one featuring the main character alongside other masked figures against a volcanic backdrop, and another highlighting the refreshment section. We also designed all customer touchpoints including packaging for pizzas, sandwiches, and meals, exterior signage, branded bags, business cards, and various promotional materials.
